it should be easy to write a plugin with the libmodplug... when i have some time left, i look into the sources and should be able to write a plugin...

so... I managed to write a first version of the plugin... Would be nice if someone could send me some modules for testing purposes... I only have the typical gamer modules: *.umx :) The plugin is still very buggy at the moment... I copied most of the code from my own amodplugplay and the OggVorbis plugin... it should be done in a week

olv provide some samples of mod (.xm and .it files) in his page, check the last url in the download section.

so... the plugin is finished and ready packaged for upload! it provides only support for .it .xm and .umx files by now! It should support the other module formats, too... but I have no modules for testing...
